Multi-Brand Narrative & Content Systems

4 min read

The Challenge

Working across multiple brands meant that one content approach could not simply be copied from one brand to another. Each brand had its own audience, proposition, positioning, tone, and business objective. At the same time, content needed to be produced consistently across websites, social channels, campaigns, and long-form assets.

The challenge was therefore to create distinct brand narratives without creating disconnected content operations. The opportunity was to build a content ecosystem that could give every brand its own identity while maintaining the strategic discipline needed to scale.

Senior Content Writer & Marketing Specialist

At Flentis Corporation, I worked across Flentis and its affiliate brands, including OpusING LLC, RootStaff, and Trice Healthcare, building content systems that allowed multiple brands to communicate distinctly while still maintaining strategic consistency.

The role combined content strategy, SEO, long-form storytelling, brand positioning, social media, and team leadership across different brands and audiences. I also led writers, designers, and social teams while developing content for global audiences.

The Approach

I approached Flentis and its affiliate brands as a portfolio of distinct narratives rather than one content machine.

SEO-Led Content
Created search-optimized blogs and long-form content designed around audience interests, search behaviour, and relevant industry topics.

Distinct Brand Voices
Created narratives and messaging that allowed individual brands to maintain their own identity rather than sounding like variations of the same company.

Cross-Functional Execution
Led writers, designers, and social teams while coordinating content development across multiple brands and channels.

Global Storytelling
Developed content for global audiences across technology, workforce, and healthcare-focused businesses.

Long-Form Authority
Developed case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks that transformed complex business propositions into deeper, useful content.

Brand-Aligned Content Systems
Developed content approaches around each brand's positioning, audience, and communication priorities.

Content teams needed a scalable way to create and manage all of it.

Different brands needed different voices.

Different audiences needed different stories.

The Impact

  • Stronger brand differentiation across multiple businesses.

  • Greater content consistency across websites, social, and marketing channels.

  • Expanded content depth through blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks.

  • Stronger omnichannel storytelling across digital touchpoints.

  • Improved brand authority and inbound potential through SEO and content-led demand strategies.

What I Took From It

Different brands can share a system without sharing a voice.

Working across multiple brands taught me that consistency is not about making everything look or sound the same. It is about creating enough structure for different stories to remain clear, recognisable, and strategically connected.

Good content doesn't just tell a brand's story.
It helps define what that brand is known for.

From individual brands creating individual pieces of content

To distinct brand narratives supported by scalable content systems and coordinated execution.

The Shift

Building 4 Different Brand Stories

The work required understanding that brand consistency does not mean brand sameness. Flentis, OpusING, RootStaff, and Trice Healthcare operated within different spaces and spoke to different audiences. So the content needed to answer different questions:

  • Who are we?

  • Who are we speaking to?

  • What do we want to be known for?

  • What does this audience need from us?

  • What should our content make them believe, understand, or do?

That meant adapting the narrative, format, tone, subject matter, and content journey while keeping the underlying quality and strategic discipline consistent.
